Benjamin C. Fields: A Highly Experienced and Dedicated Lawyer

Ben Fields has spent his entire career representing people who were injured, or had a family member killed, by the negligence of others or from defective products.  He has also spent a large part of his career advocating for children, having represented many children harmed by defective products, including toys and child safety seats, as well as misconduct of childcare providers and schools.

Ben started his career in 2003, while still in law school, by joining a highly successful law firm based in Kansas City, working exclusively on high exposure and complicated cases involving a wide range of defective products in courts across the country.  He continued with that firm after graduating from law school, handling a wide variety of product defect cases.  At the end of 2010, Ben embarked on his longtime goal of starting his own law firm, Fields Law Firm, Since that time, he has continued to exclusively represent injured people and families in cases nationwide.

On a number of occasions, Ben has published articles and spoken to groups of other plaintiff’s lawyers on topics within his expertise.

Outside the practice of law, Ben loves traveling and spending time with his wife and their young son.  He also has always had a love for all things mechanical, particularly cars and motorcycles.  Ben enjoys putting his broad mechanical knowledge as a "gear head" to effective use in working on his defective products cases.
